Hey FREEDOM FAM!
I've certainly been guilty of "busying myself" in attempts to avoid uncomfortable feelings. Naturally I like to keep busy, boredom feels like torture to us Geminis lol. But the truth is, it's important to allow ourselves the time and space to "sit in reflection" It's important to quiet your mind and relax your body so that you can "feel". We often stay in constant movement, doing things we believe validate our existence and importance. We fill up our schedules with tasks and don't leave space for stillness. Incorporating quiet reflection and meditation is a healthy and beneficial practice to process feelings. Emotions may come that are difficult at first but like anything you continue to practice, you get better at. So, the more you practice, sitting with your feelings the better you become at dealing with those feelings. Take time to be STILL and FEEL today! I love y'all FORREAL!
